Refund policy
Please note: refunds are not available for change of mind or general returns. Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect (deficit/wrong item received).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately after approval.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as required by EU law.
Items must still be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With tags and proof of purchase
